Rescue Dog Adoption Application

All Breed Canine Rescue is an all-volunteer animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and abused animals. We have no shelter, no paid staff, and reliant in adoption fees, fundraising, and donations. All of our pets are cared for by foster homes and receive complete medical care, which may include worming, vaccinations, spaying, neutering, dental surgery and microchipping prior to their adoption.
This questionnaire is designed to help All Breed Canine Rescue and yourself determine if a specific dog is the right one for you and your home. All Breed Canine Rescue reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoptions! Not all applications will be contacted.
