If selected as Student Director, what leadership skills do you think you have to offer to the cabinet? In what ways would you like to grow in your leadership?
The scriptures speak of Christian leaders following the example of Christ as shepherds (John 21, I Peter 5:1-11), servant leaders (Matt 20:20-28, John 13:1-17, Philippians 2:1-11), and stewards (Matt 25:14-30). As Student Director, how do you see yourself fulfilling these different roles? In what area(s) do you think you already excel? In what ares are you looking forward to growing in?
What are some ways that you think the cabinet could work creatively with other ministries in our office as well as organizations and departments across campus?
