I agree and consent that Temple, through its Institute on Disabilities/UCEDD and the Institute’s funders, program partners and membership organizations, may take and use photographs, video recordings, interviews and/or audio clips of me.
I also agree that the images and/or art may be used by Temple, and by the Institute’s funders, program partners and membership organizations, without notifying me in advance. Temple and the Institute’s funders, program partners and membership organizations may use the images for educational, promotional, and advertising purposes on videotape, audiotape, film, photograph, television, radio, digital, Internet, theater, or exhibition. The images may appear on Temple-sponsored websites and social media sites, as well as those sponsored by and the Institute’s funders, program partners and membership organizations and in publications, promotions, broadcasts, advertisements, posters and theater slides for Temple and for the Institute’s funders, program partners and membership organizations.
I agree that I will not have the right to inspect or approve the images or any printed or electronic matter that may be used with them. I understand that I will receive no compensation, monetary or otherwise, regardless of whether or not any image is published.
I release Temple and its agents from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such images.
