PMAssist Consulting Agreement

This form is used to sign up for PMAssist's consulting services to help with implementation of revenue maximizing systems and processes, and/or implementation of checklists and automation in your property management business. If you are only looking for PMAssist's Fee Maxing training course, then you can find that here.

PMAssist does not have a rigid structure for our services. You may choose to implement all of what we recommend, or you may choose to implement only a small portion. We offer three different pricing tiers:

Full Implementation
- All recommended processes & automations, from major processes to more minor ones
Just the Basics
- The basic processes & automations that are essential for any property management company
Custom
- Pick and choose what you want and pay only an hourly rate

PMAssist agrees that my company's data belongs to my company, and PMAssist will not disclose the data to any third parties or individuals outside of PMAssist*

I understand and agree that PMAssist will need admin-level access to all of my major software platforms in order to setup the systems, processes, and automations that I request, and I agree to timely create accounts/users for PMAssist for this purpose; I may immediately delete these accounts/users after PMAssist's work is completed so that PMAssist does not have ongoing access*

I understand and agree that payment is due up front before PMAssist can begin working on any process; if signing up for a package, the first monthly payment must be paid before work can begin; if signing up for custom consulting, half of the estimated amount will be due before beginning, and the other half upon completion*

I understand and agree that the standard pricing listed above is based on PMAssist's standard processes and only minor modifications for my operation; I understand that it does not include extensive modifications or customizations, and if I choose to request them, I will have to pay for those on top of the standard process prices; PMAssist agrees to quote all pricing up-front for any customizations prior to beginning work and charging:*
