Polish Classes for Adult Learners

In-person classes

Mondays: 6PM-8PM - Intermediate Group at South Park Regional Library

Tuesdays: 6PM-8PM - Beginners Group at South Park Regional Library

Thursdays: 6PM-8PM - Advanced Group at South Park Regional Library

 Dates: January 13th through April 28th, 2025 (14 two-hour sessions)

 

Class Description:

This class is the most beneficial for students who have the desire to communicate in Polish and who already have basic communication skills in Polish that include introductions, sounds, verb conjugations in the present tense, and sentence structure. The course is an entry-level one that is designed to increase the foundational understanding of Polish for beginners and strengthen the knowledge of Polish among intermediate-level students. Throughout this class, all students regardless of level will receive opportunities to improve their vocabulary, listening skills, speaking, and their knowledge about Polish culture.

• Work(s) are academic and/or creative works created on request and/or under the supervision of,  or otherwise bestowed to the Polish School of Charlotte, including, but not limited to, real-time art performances of any kind. 

I do consent to the creation and use of my and/or the registered student’s likeness(es) and/or work(s), as deemed fit by the Polish School of Charlotte, in perpetuity, anywhere. I understand and agree that no monies or other consideration in any form, including reimbursement for any expenses, will become due to me and/or the registered student, our heirs, agents, or assigns at any time because of the creation and/or use of the likeness(es) and/or creative work(s). I agree to release and hold harmless the Polish School of Charlotte, its members, trustees, agents, officers, contractors, volunteers and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, complaints, suits or other forms of liability that shall arise out of or by reason of, or be caused by the use of the likeness(es) and/or work(s), including, but not limited to, any claim based on allegation of copyright infringement.

5. I allow the above contact details to be used for the school's needs to make phone calls, and send information through emails, standard mail, text messages, etc.

Payment may be submitted in 3 ways:

1. Transfer via Zelle - enroll@polishschoolofcharlotte.org

2. Make out a check to Polish School of Charlotte and submit to a member of the Board of Directors.

3. Pay on the Square Platform (3% credit card charge is included)
