1. Fees payable quarterly or 10 instalments, Payments must be made CORRECTLY AND IN ADVANCE. Payments quarterly on the 1st day of the term. 10 instalments – the first day of the month, (1 Feb – 1 Nov)
2. Dancer will be taken only once the registration form is received.
3. Fees will not be deducted for absenteeism, public holidays or Private/Public School holidays.
4. Where accounts are unpaid and legal action necessary, these costs will be debited to your account and collection fees are payable to legal firm in the case of debt collections!
5. Kindly forward one terms written notice or email on termination of the contract, fees still payable.
6. If a teacher or teachers should miss a class due to unforeseen circumstances an email and whatsapp will be sent out to.
7. “DANCE MOUSE” and/or her employees/agents do not accept direct or indirect responsibility for accidents, injuries or illnesses which may occur at the SCHOOL or whilst dancing/practising at the SCHOOL.
8. Assessments are performed, and dancers receive a report form, certificate and medal.
Assessment fees are additional and optional, will be in the 4th Term (November)

10. “DANCE MOUSE” is a dance franchise organisation offering the following dance training and dance forms: Ballet Basics, Modern Basics, Body Conditioning & Pilates technique training, Proprioception skills programme and Silk Training for strength and stretch as well as dance genre’s such as Modern, Freestyle, Hip Hop, Rock ‘n Roll, Latin American Basics, Break Dancing Basics and Cheerleading. “DANCE MOUSE” aims to educate and correctly teach children to protect, strengthen and stretch their bodies from a young age. By utilising the centre of the body (core) for dance and any other activities, injuries are prevented and the dancer is very aware of their own body, its limitations and its strengths. The aim of “DANCE MOUSE” is to encourage children to enjoy dance, and at the same time strengthen their bodies and so prevent later injuries. By joining Dance Mouse the young dancer is exposed to numerous dance genres they would not normally be exposed to, giving them a wider platform for expression and development.
11. The teachers and franchisee owners have received excellent training in order to teach the “DANCE MOUSE” syllabus. Teachers must perform an examination at least once a year to improve their knowledge and upgrading of the syllabus. The syllabus is upgraded and changed every second year.
