Step 1. The first step is to register for a HUD-certified Homebuyer Educator in Dallas, Texas that are listed below.

Step 2. After completing the course and receiving your certificate you can then fill out your Bank of America Loan Application. Link Below.  

·  The system will notify Jasen (Loan Officer) you have completed your application and he will reach out to you for your certificate of completion. 

·  Jasen will send the application and Certificate to the underwriters, and they will determine how much you will qualify for.
