When people tell me about bad care I can: - Send an appointed individual to visit the service or may visit myself. - Talk to the people that manage the service, department or team. - Share what I've been told with other agencies including the local authoirty and CQC. - In the most serious cases, for example if someone is at risk of harm or abuse, I would notify the relevent safeguarding department, CQC and launch an internal investigation.
