Whether you’re dreaming of long, flowing locks, added fullness to your bob, or want support while growing out layers; hair extensions can be a beautiful, customized solution. Each extension method is intentionally placed to enhance your natural hair while prioritizing comfort, flexibility, and overall hair health.

 
I offer two luxury extension methods, including Invisible Bead Extensions® (IBE) and K-Tip (keratin bond) extensions. Each method serves different hair types, lifestyles, and goals. During your consultation, we’ll determine which option is best (or both!) aligned with your desired result, daily routine, and long-term hair health.

Both methods I offer are designed with hair integrity and scalp health in mind. I use only high-quality, ethically sourced human hair, free of silicone coatings, and apply each method with precision and care.

If you are currently experiencing unusual or excessive hair loss, or have experienced significant hair loss within the past three months, extensions may not be recommended at this time. If you have concerns, please continue filling out this form as thoroughly as possible. I’m happy to review your information and discuss options or next steps during a consultation.

 
🌿An Honest Conversation
Please understand, not everyone is a candidate for extensions. Extensions are not wash-and-go and will not behave like natural hair without effort. Daily brushing, nighttime protection, mindful styling, and recommended products are non-negotiable. Your results are a partnership, the amount of effort you put into your extensions directly affects how they look and how long they last. It’s 100% OK to say “ya’know, I don’t want to do all that.” If that’s you, hell yeah! Thank you for your honesty! My time and your wallet will thank you. Let’s do some color or a fun haircut instead. Sound good? 😏

Other Considerations

Are you allergic or sensitive to any adhesives, metals, or hair/skin products? 

Do you have now, or have had in the past, have any problems with your thyroid, increased stress, or vitimin deficiency? If so, have you seen your medical provider? In some cases, these could cause an increase of hair loss, balding, and/or thinning unexpectedly if untreated. 

Do you have now, or have had in the past, balding, alopecia, thinning hairline, psoriasis of the scalp, eczema on the scalp, etc? If yes, have you seen a dermatologist?  

FINALLY! Now, lets get to the fun part! Please upload current photos of your hair and inspiration photos.

Photos will allow me the ability to start assessing your current hair and create a custom quote to detail what may be required to achieve your desired look. Quotes & pricing are not finalized until the consultation and may change slightly based on the assessment of your hair in person.

 

Directions: 

Please upload photos of your current hair in unfiltered, bright, natural, and indirect lighting. Avoid standing in a shadow and turn torwards a window. Please, NO bathroom lighting or kitchen lighting. I need the best natural lighting possible. 

Do NOT take photos in: 

Bright direct sunlight, bathroom, kitchen, or hallway lighting. These lightings will altar the color of your hair and create an untrue tone.

Investment & Upkeep

Please refer to the info photo at the top of the page for investment details.

On the day of your in person consultation and we agree to move forward, I will proceed with ordering your hair. There will be a non-refundable deposit of half the cost of your hair extensions investment. (Color, cut, labor not included).

Ex: if your hair extensions total is $2,500 - your deposit will be $1,250. 

Note: This deposit goes toward the overall cost of the appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. The deposit is non-refundable to protect my business with a no-return policy on custom ordered hair extensions. Thank you for understanding. 

 The initial investment range is based on total individual wefts, length, install fee, and number of rows needed to achieve the desired look.

Lastly, please understand that not everyone is a candidate for hair extensions. This consultation form will help me better understand your overall hair needs. Then, together we can create a long-term hair plan to achieve your hair goals!

Cancellation Policies

 

By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request. I will go to Celia's online booking site and choose my own consultation appointment. In response, I will receive an approval or a text directly from Celia for that appointment. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen.

Late arrivals and Cancellations: Please arrive promptly to your appointment time. Always consider the possibility of traffic and delays outside of your control. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I am unable to provide your service to its full quality and will need to reschedule to a later date.

 I value you and your time. Because I do not overbook my schedule, I reserve a FULL DAY specifically for you and your install. I have a 48 hour (2 days) strict cancellation policy. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your install within 48 hours of your appointment, a $200 convenience fee will be applied to your card on file.

All "NO-SHOW" appointments will be charged 100% of the service total and will no longer be considered for any future appointments.

I understand that if I am 10 minutes late, my appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled to a later date. I understand that Celia has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my install appointment with less than 48 hours notice I will be charged a $200 cancellation fee.
