Terms of Service:

Submitting this form entails you accept and understand the terms set forth by Mirato Consolidation Company LLC, operating as Mirato Co., that you as the "Agent Partner" acknowledge and consent to the following:

File(s) or notification must be received by NOON for SAME DAY input of a listing.
File(s) or notification received after NOON will be processed by 10am the following business day.
If a new listing is submitted for processing AND requires input the same day after NOON (12:00pm) a fee of $50 will be assessed.
If a listing is canceled and removed from the MLS prior to the listing agreement expiration date, a processing fee of $50 will be invoiced to the list agent.
Agent Partner has completed the three following "trigger tasks":
1. This New LISTING Order Form to the best of their abilities - should take less than 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Provide us with access to all necessary documents that are currently available - add your TC to the Dotloop as a "Team Member"
As always, if a file is terminated while "pending", no charges will be incurred by the agent partner.
Unpaid invoices of over 30 days will be charged a $35 late fee.
Unpaid invoices of over 45 days will be charged an additional $35 fee and submitted to broker and sent to NAS – a collection agency.
