    Please complete this form to reserve facility space for a private, non-Trinity event.

  • Please Note: When providing the start and end time for your event, be sure to include the time needed for set-up and clean-up. The start time should be when you plan to arrive on the premises and the end time is when you will be exiting the premises after clean-up is complete.

  • Facility Use Agreement

  • General Rules

    Please review this list and check the box below.

    DO DON'T
    • Complete and sign Facility Use Agreement before use.
    • Make sure you are present on site throughout the duration of your event.
    • Be respectful of other activities going on at the facility at the time of your event.
    • Leave the used area in clean condition. Pick up trash and place in trash can.
    • Wipe off tables and other surfaces, if used.
    • Confine activities to areas that have been reserved.
    • Keep all food and drink to areas that have been reserved.
    • Make arrangements to have the facility opened and closed.
    • Arrive before any deliveries such as food, flowers, or rental equipment.
    • Remove personal items, rental equipment, food, and all flowers immediately following the event.
    • Arrange for set up and take down of tables and chairs.
    • Return all furniture to its original arrangement.
    • Provide supervision of all children and youth at all times by a responsible adult.
    • Remember that Trinity Lutheran Church and School are not responsible for any federal, state, or local permits, licenses, other permissions, fees, or taxes that may be related to your event.
    • Promptly report all accidents, injuries, or damages to Trinity School.
    • Identify locations of emergency exits and fire
      extinguishers.
    • Dial 911 in the event of an emergency.
    • Smoke in the building or on the property. Trinity is a smoke free environment.
    • Bring alcoholic beverages (or controlled substances) in the building or onto the property.
    • Use any form of cannabis while on the property.
    • Use thumbtacks, tape, or other means to affix flowers, ribbons, posters, etc. which could cause damage to surfaces in the building. Do not attach anything to the walls without specific permission.
    • Use “silly string”, rose petals, thrown rice, etc. which may result in stains and/or difficulty in cleaning.
    • Bring animals into the buildings without specific approval (except service animals).
    • Use open flames, combustible or flammable items without prior approval.
    • Bring hazardous material such as flammable materials or liquids, fireworks, pyrotechnic devices, explosives, poisonous material or plants, strong acids or caustics, or dangerous animals without specific permission.
    • Bring onto the premises, use, or cause to be used weapons of any kind without specific written permission from Trinity.
    • Block or cover emergency exit signs and doors.
    • Operate the sound system.
    • Use any kind of red punch. Red will permanently stain the carpet.
    • Use the musical equipment, unless permission has been granted. 
  • Parish Hall Kitchen Rules

    DO DON'T
    • Wipe off kitchen counters, sinks, and appliances, if used.
    • Clean and sanitize any pots, pans, utensils, etc.
    • Return all pots, pans, utensils, etc. to their proper places.
    • Wear gloves if appropriate for food service.
    • Use the overhead exhaust fan to vent oven/stove fumes.
    • Take trash out to the dumpster and replace any can liners.
    • Bring your own plates, cups, etc.
    • Identify locations of fire extinguishers.
    • Leave cooking items unattended.
    • Allow youth under 16 to serve food.
    • Use or take any food or drink from Trinity unless authorized.
    • Forget to turn off the overhead exhaust fan.
  • Outdoor Property Rules

    DO DON'T
    • Arrive before any deliveries such as rental equipment.
    • Pick up trash and dispose of it properly.
    • Remove personal items, rental items, and all equipmment  immediately following the event.
    • Attach anything to buildings, trees, or other structures.
    • Create holes in or damage to buildings, pavements, trees, or other structures for any purpose including that of anchoring something.
    • Remove any buildings, pavement, trees, shrubbery or plantings, or other property.
    • Start a fire unless authorized.
    • Bring onto the premises, use, or cause to be used, weapons of any kind without specific written permission from Trinity Lutheran Church and School.
  • Rental Fees and Member Agreement

  • Rental Fees

    • Non-refundable deposit of $50 with application.
    • Rental fee: $50 for the first hour and following hours are at $25 per hour.
    • Full usage fee amount is due one week prior to the event
    • In the event of a cancellation, all but the $50 will be refunded
    • Cancellation of a planned function needs to be made 48 hours in advance

  • On-Site Supervisor

    An onsite supervisor will be present for all private events to provide access to the building, supervise the use of facilities, ensure proper clean-up is completed, and to handle any operation of the AV equipment.  If no representative(s) are available, the facility will not be available.

  • Member Agreement

    The Member agrees to be in responsible charge of the people and event at all times and to abide by the rules of facility use described in the attached Facilities Use Policy. The Member acknowledges that he/she has read the Facilities Use Agreement, agrees to abide by the rules, and will actively require participants to abide by the rules. 

    Member agrees that he/she will be responsible and obligated for the costs of any damage caused to the building, furnishings and other property by the Member or guests during the terms of this agreement. Member acknowledges that member will be responsible and liable for any injuries, harm, sickness, and/or up to and including death of any person(s) arising from the event within the church or school facilities or building or on the Church grounds including third parties.
