    • Step 1: Navigate to biotechclinical.com in your Google Chrome Browser and enter your username and password in the login screen.

    • Step 2: Click on the blocked popup notification and select "Always allow popups and re-directs from https://biotechclinical.com"

    • Step 3: A new window will open. On the left side of the screen you will see Test Orders, Test Results, and Order Log. These will be the 3 areas you will use in 4Medica. Select Test Results.

    • Step 4: Select a test result to view it, and click the printer icon to print the selected result.

    • Step 5: Select File from the top hand menu. Here you will find options to print the selected report, print the graph accompanying the patient results (if applicable), and print all non-printed results. Selecting "Print All Non-Printed Results" will print all new results that haven't previously been printed. If you do this daily, you can be sure you haven't missed any new patient results.

    • Step 6: Additionally, if you don't see the patient results you're looking for, you can expand the date range or search for the patient by Last Name, First Name in the search bar.

    • Step 11: If you'd like to check to see if your diagnosis codes apply to the tests you are ordering, select the "Check Code" button, then select the "Submit" button to place the test(s) order. A requsistion form will come up for you to print. Print this, use any labels necessary, and put in the specimen bag with the specimen.
