Make sure people understand to stay clear of the 3D tour shoot
Make sure there is an "object" every 15 yards in long hallways
What do you do if the 3D virtual tour isn't ready to be shot?
Clearly tell the person your recommendations/concerns prior to shoot (granted will only take a few minutes) or are they fine doing the shoot with our recommendations. If it's a room that isn't done, you can always go back to that room at another time where a reshoot fee will be added to their bill or they can make the room changes and you can come back to that shoot last
Don't say anything and do the shoot
Argue with the customer, because after all....your right
