Insurance Requirements
Let us know if you can meet the following Insurance Requirements:
1. General Liability:
Bodily Injury & Property Damage Limit: $1,000,000 / each occurrence
Personal Injury & Advertising Injury Limit: $1,000,000 / each person
Products/Completed Operations Limit: $2,000,000 / aggregate
Aggregate total: $2,000,000 / per project
2. Automobile Liability:
Combined single limit per occurrence: $500,000
3. Workers Compensation Insurance:
Coverage A: Statutory
Coverage B - Bodily injury by accident: $ 100,000
Coverage B - Bodily injury by disease: $ 100,000
Coverage B - Disease policy limit - $ 500,000
4. Additional Insured Provision:
CONTRACTOR and Owner shall be included as Additional Insureds with respect to both its ongoing operations (ISO 20 10 07 04 or equivalent) and with respect to completed operations (ISO 20 37 07 04 endorsement or equivalent) under SUBCONTRACTOR'S Commercial General Liability insurance policy and the policy shall be endorsed as primary and noncontributory with any other insurance maintained by the CONTRACTOR and/or Owner. Prior to commencement of the WORK SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide CONTRACTOR with copies of the additional insured endorsements naming CONTRACTOR and the Owner as Additional Insureds.
