If your institution cannot publicly support Music Therapy licensure (often state organizations cannot) but CAN PUBLICLY support the provision of music therapy services by well-trained, competent and qualified music therapists that hold the MT-BC credential, please complete this form.
By completing this form, you will be showing your support for music therapy services as provided by a board certified music therapist that holds the MT-BC credential. Music Therapy, provided by individuals holding the MT-BC is the ONLY way to ensure clients receive services by a qualified and competent national board certified music therapist.

This national credential is awarded by the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT). CBMT is the only certifying board for music therapy and is committed to rigorous competency testing. The CBMT is fully accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies.
