    DENABABYX understands and empathizes that sometimes cancellations are necessary when situations come up, we ask for your understanding that this is a small business and it isn’t always easy filling last-minute openings in our schedule. Cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will also be charged 50% of the service fee. NO-SHOWS- A client is considered a “no-show” when it is 20 minutes past the scheduled service time and there has been NO communication despite any attempts to reach the client. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee, which cannot be used toward future appointments. No-shows who do not have an active card on file will be banned from online booking. If last-minute cancellations/reschedules become a chronic issue, meaning 3 or more incidents, you will no longer be able to book an appointment. This is a no-exceptions policy. Please contact DENABABYX by texting 407-494-2817 if you need to reschedule or cancel within 48 hours. Please come alone to the appointment, any one else but the client who has the appointment will be asked to wait in the lobby or their car. DEPOSITS: Deposits are required when booking your appointments. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied the appointment total.
