  • TERMS & CONDITIONS:

    If chosen to present:

    • I acknowledge that the dates of the 2023 Trees & Utilities event are September 12-14,2023 to be held in Pittsburgh, PA.

    • I acknowledge that by submitting my abstract, I am confirming I will be available to speak in person if my abstract is chosen. 

    • I acknowledge I may be offered a presentation date, length or time different from my preference and will be flexible with the planning. 

    • I acknowledge that I may accept or decline the offer to present once I recieve the confirmation letter.
      • This accept/decline will be done by the indicated due date in the confirmation letter and I acknowledge that my failure to accept/decline by the due date indicated will result in an automatic rejection of my speaking spot. 

      • I acknowledge that if my abstract is chosen & I accept to speake but then become unable to speak, it is my responsibility to find a suitable replacement in a timely fashion to fill the speaking void.

    • I acknowledge that I must refrain from including a specific product or service endorsement or sales pitch in the presentation at the conference.

    • I understand I have the option to refuse to have my presentation to be shared. I can do so by opting out below.
