Registration:
The registration fee is $150 which includes lunch, beverages, and dinner on Wednesday, lunch & beverages on Thursday as well as meeting materials. Pleas note, that there will be a complimentary buffet style breakfast for those staying at the hotel.

Please register each person individually by Friday, February. 24th or a late fee of $15 will be assessed. Payment methods include check or credit card. Please note there is a transaction fee applied to all credit card payments.

WSTA Refund/Cancellation Policy

Registration fees for cancellations made prior to 5 p.m. on February 24th, 2023 either will be refunded or not billed. Refunds for registrations paid with credit card prior to meeting and cancelled before registration deadline, will be refunded by check (minus the credit card transaction fee). Substitutions are welcome - please noifty WSTA staff via email if a substituiton is necessary. Prices for event are per person.
