  • Civic Theatre depends on the generous support of foundations and government agencies that require demographic information about our patrons and volunteers. The following two questions are optional and help greatly with securing funding from these organizations.

  • At this time, we are not accepting auditions from individuals who are not fully vaccinated.

  • It is the policy of Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre that all Regular Employees, Volunteer Company Members, contractors and adjunct staff at Civic will receive the COVID-19 vaccination, any necessary boosters and any other vaccination deemed to prevent disease that would pose a significant risk to the ongoing operations of the company or the health of patrons, volunteers and staff. Reasonable accommodations may be made, if practical, for sincerely held religious objections or in the event that medical circumstances indicate that vaccination is inadvisable.

  • THE SOUND OF MUSIC AUDITION FORM

  • Note: If you are a regular Civic performer or know our rehearsals are usually SUN - THURS, this conflict form will look different. You will see we are checking on a few Fridays and Saturdays early in the process. You will not have 7 days in a row of rehearsal, but due to this show falling during Spring Break weeks, there may potentially be the need to have extra rehearsals on the front end. For example, if kids are called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for music, maybe they come Saturday for choreography. They would not also be called Sunday and Thursday.
