If I don't know an answer what should I do?

Fill out the information as much as possible, we review the information with the customer and I will review prior to meeting with the customer. An example that you may not know is payment methods or owners email and years of incorporation. We can always easily update the information it isn't correct.
Don't place in any information that you don't know as information isn't able to easily changed
Do operating hours need to correct immediately?

No, they can be edited as soon as the information is added. Synup has a glitch where every day must have hours

How do we set up a customer with the ability to send out reviews?

You need to get their company number so we can send out reviews with their company number associated
You need to connect the Google Profile to the Synup account so reviews will be added to the appropriate Google Profile page. Also, the phone number sent will be from a random number
We don't need to do anything on Synup on the SMS side
