Custom orders must be made no less than 3 weeks before the desired date of completion 

Due to possible shipment delays, please allow a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks. You will be notified of any delay regarding your custom order. 

When the custom order form is submitted, it will be reviewed and the payment total will be calculated. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. 

 

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:

A refund can be issued within 24 hours of payment.

Once a custom order has started production and/or yarn order for a custom order has been made. A cancellation can be made, but a refund will not be issued.
