Deposit Information
I require a $100 NON REFUNDABLE deposit that will be requested upon finalizing your appointment time/ date, this deposit can be sent via Cashapp, Paypal or dropped in cash at Doomsday Tattoo. Please do not send your deposit until prompted, as it will be sent back and further complicate the process. Once a deposit is requested you will have 24 HOURS to send the deposit before your date/time is put back up for grabs, if in the event your date/time is taken I will notify you and a new date will be chosen. PLEASE let me know if you need to delay submitting your deposit so I can hold your date!
Reschedule/ cancelation
If you have to reschedule your appointment, please do so no less than 24 HOURS prior to your appointment, if the reschedule notice comes less than 24 hours prior, you may be asked to send a new deposit to secure your new spot. If you reschedule more than 24 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be held for 60 days and can be put towards one new appointment. If you must cancel your appointment, your deposit will be held for 60 days, and if you choose to rebook with me within those 60 days your deposit will be credited towards your new piece/ appointment time. Cancelation with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit with no future credit. No call no shows will be required to send 50% of their original quote +a new $100 deposit if they wish to rebook.
Late policy
If you are running late, first and foremost, PLEASE let me know. PLEASE ARRIVE 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out your consent form/ allow me time to set up so we can start on time. I will not lay out my supplies until you are in the building. If you are more than 15 minutes late with no contact your deposit will be nullified and you will owe $100 in addition to your final price. After 20 minutes, regardless of contact, your appointment will be canceled and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Numbing Cream
Please let me know prior to booking if you intend on using a numbing agent for your appointment with me, as I must send out an advisory before you do so. Failure to notify me prior may result in rescheduling or loss of deposit.
Client Comfort
I get a couple questions very often about client comfort during tattoos! So to answer some frequently asked ones-
Q- "Can I wear headphones/ have a silent session?"
A- Absolutely! I never take offense to you doing your own thing during a session, and not everyone wants to converse in pain!
Q- "Can my friend/partner/etc. come with me?"
A- You can absolutely have a guest accompany you to your appointment, but only client and artist are allowed back to the station during the tattoo, this is for safety purposes as our artists work in close proximity to each other and extra bodies can cause accidents! Therefore, guests will need to remain in the waiting area for the duration of the session.
Q- "Can we break tattoos up into multiple sessions?"
A- Yes! Any tattoo can be broken up into multiple sessions if needed, the only stipulation is that linework will need to be completed in the first session to ensure the stencil/ original design is unchanged, shading, color, etc. can be scheduled for a later date.
