Grand European Tour
Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
These terms and conditions relate to the 2027 Grand European Tour organised by QuickSteps Adelaide Pty Ltd.
By submitting this form, you agree to these terms.
QuickSteps Adelaide Pty Ltd acts as the organiser and coordinator of this group trip, arranging accommodation, transport, and event access on behalf of travellers.
The itinerary provided is the basis of the trip. However, you acknowledge that changes may occur due to operational requirements.
2. Trip Options
There are two options for this tour:
Refined Option, 4-star hotels, and includes Ball Total in Munich and Neuschwanstein day trip
Classic Option - 3-star hotels or similar
3. Pricing
(The early arrival option)
Refined Option: $11,800 per person twin share
Single supplement: $3,000
Classic Option: $8,700 per person twin share
Single supplement: $1,400
4. Deposit and Commitment
An initial deposit was paid to express interest in the trip.
By submitting this form, you authorise QuickSteps Adelaide Pty Ltd to proceed with securing accommodation, event tickets, and travel arrangements on your behalf.
From the time of submission, your previously refundable deposit becomes non-refundable.
5. Payment Schedule
The remaining balance will be paid in three equal instalments:
1 August 2026
1 October 2026
1 December 2026
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Payments made prior to their due date are refundable up until that due date.
- If the tour is affected or cancelled due to events outside of QuickSteps’ control (including but not limited to natural disasters, airline disruptions, supplier failure, or government restrictions), QuickSteps will pass on any recoverable funds.
However, recovery of funds is not guaranteed, and travellers should rely on their travel insurance (see below).
- If the tour is cancelled by QuickSteps, a full refund of amounts paid will be provided.
- If you cancel your participation on your own volition no refund will be provided for amounts that have already been paid.
7. Travel Insurance (Acknowledgement)
You acknowledge that travel insurance is essential for this trip.
You understand that:
payments may become non-refundable
unforeseen events may prevent you from travelling
disruptions may occur during the trip
You agree that it is your responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover these risks, including cancellation, medical expenses, travel delays, and supplier insolvency.
8. Room Sharing
Travellers are responsible for selecting their own room-sharing partner.
If a room partner is not confirmed at least 30 days prior to departure, the applicable single supplement will apply.
9. Risk and Responsibility
Participation in travel, dancing, and related activities involves inherent risks.
By joining the tour, you accept these risks.
To the extent permitted by law, QuickSteps Adelaide Pty Ltd is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from participation in the trip, except where caused by its gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
