Right to Sell:*

The Consignor grants the Business Owners with the right to sell consigned items on behalf of the Consignor. The Business Owners are granted the right to display and sell the consigned items in accordance with the terms and conditions within this agreement.
Right of Acceptance:*

The Business Owners will choose items based on quality and sale-ability.
Donation:*

When the Consignor drops items off, the Business Owners will review items within 2-3 business days. Items that are not selected for consignment can be picked up by the consignor or they can be donated/recycled. Any items not retrieved one week after they’ve been reviewed will be automatically donated/recycled.
Pricing:*

The Business Owners will determine the price of items based ontheir quality, condition, original sale price, seasonality, and current trends. I have read the pricing approach and understand my articles will be priced accordingly.
Consignment Percentage:*

Sales will be split 60/40. Consignors will receive 40% of a sale. Business Owners will receive 55% of a sale. 5% of each sale will be donated.
Payment:*

Consignors will be paid out any consignment sales accrued on a monthly basis. Consignors will receive any payment via etransfer.
Sales:*

Items will be listed at full price for 3 drops, after which they may be placed on sale, for up to 50% off at the discretion of the Business Owners. Items are subject to sales and promotions at the discretion of the Business Owners.
Return of Unsold Goods:*

Return of Unsold Goods: The Business Owners shall return any unsold goods if the goods are not sold after four drops. The Business Owners will notify the Consignor when they have unsold goods. The Consignor will have one week to retrieve the items (or arrange to retrieve them). After the week has passed, the items will automatically be donated, recycled, or used in a bundle or give-away.
Loss/Theft:*

Items are consigned at your own risk. In the event that items may be lost of stolen, the Business Owners are not obligated to reimburse lost/stolen merchandise and will only pay out items that have actually sold.
Delivery Expenses:*

The Consignor will bear the cost of shipping expenses to get the items to the Business Owners. In the case of returning unsold items, the shipping expenses will be borne by the consignor.
Termination:*

This agreement has been signed for an indefinite period and can be terminated without penalty by a written notice of 30 days by either the Consignor or Business Owners. If one of the parties fails to fulfill its obligations under this agreement, the other party may terminate the contract with 7 days’ notice.
