EXHIBITOR SAFETY/ LIABILITY
Exhibitors should not attempt to move or lift showcases. Any damage done to the showcases after delivery will be billed to the exhibitor, including the cost of broken glass and labor to replace glass. R&R Showcases is not liable for damages sustained to exhibitor material after the exhibitor receives the showcases. The exhibitor is fully responsible for insurance on the items they will display, R&R Showcases insurance does not cover exhibitor items that are displayed in our showcases.
Tempered Glass shelves have been known to break / shatter if an exhibitor hits the edge of the glass shelf while loading products into the showcases. Extreme care should be taken to avoid tapping the edges of glass shelves while loading and unloading showcases. We suggest using double glass shelves for fragile and expensive items. Extra glass shelves are available for free from us, but must be installed and cleaned by the exhibitor.
MISCELLANEOUS
All rental items remain the property of R&R showcase.
Showcases will be delivered with shelves setup in the standard format, and exterior glass will be wiped down. We will provide each exhibitor with a small bottle of glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth when requested.
