• Fundraising Excellence Award

    This form is to be used to apply for the Fundraising Excellence Award. This contest awards the top 3 Key Clubs that raise the most money per member. Each club must raise money for Georgia Key Club’s projects. For example, fundraising for Key Club projects like the Eliminate Project, Thirst Project, Georgia Sheriffs’ Youth Home, and Trick-or-Treating for UNICEF . The completed form must be submitted by February 3, 2023. Each club can apply only one time.
  • The Rules

    1. All Key Clubs in the Georgia District that are in good standing are eligible for this award.
    2. The fundraising must apply to Key Club’s projects and/or the preferred charities.
    3. Provide detailed descriptions of all the ways fundraising was accomplished.
    4. The fundraising must have been completed between March 1, 2022 and February 3, 2023.
    5. The proof of funds/money (ex: picture of money raised per member on an excel sheet) should be uploaded on this form.
    6. The winners will be determined by the money raised per member of each club.
    7. This application must contain up to 3 photos or evidence of the fundraiser event(s).
    8. All decisions made by the judges are final.
    9. Top 3 entries with satisfactory evidence of fundraising towards improving the community will be awarded.
    10. All entries must be submitted by February 3, 2023.
