• Georgia District Distinguished Club Vice-President Award

    This form is to be used to apply for the Georgia District Distinguished Club Vice-President Award. This application is also used as consideration for the Walter "Daven" Stapleton III Outstanding Club Officer Scholarship (for seniors that receive the award). Completed form must be submitted by February 3, 2023.
  • The Rules

    1. The applicant must be a Key Club Vice-President in the Georgia District who is in good standing and has served during the 2022-2023 year.
    2. A letter of recommendation from the applicant's Key Club Faculty Advisor or Kiwanis Advisor that includes proof that the above criteria has been met must be uploaded with the application.
    3. All decisions made by the judges are final.
    4. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on February 3, 2023.

    The Rules for the Walter "Daven" Stapleton III Scholarship (only for graduating seniors)

    1. The applicant must be a Key Club member in the Georgia District who is in good standing.
    2. The applicant must have served in their office for the 2022-2023 school year.
    3. The applicant must be a college-bound senior graduating at the end of the 2022-2023 school year.
    4. All decisions made by the judges are final.
    5. The recipient of the scholarship will be chosen from the 2022-2023 Club Treasurer, Secretary, Vice-President, and President Distinguished Club Officers.
    6. There will be only one recipient of the Walter “Daven” Stapleton III Distinguished Club Officer Scholarship.
    7. The winner will receive a $1,000.00 scholarship.

    In order to receive the award, at least 680 points must be accumulated (out of 850 possible points).
