• Single Service Award

    This form is to be used to apply for the Key Club International Single Service Award - highlighting a single service project. Completed form must be submitted by February 3, 2023.
  • The Rules

    1. All Key Clubs in the Georgia District that are in good standing are eligible for this award.
    2. The project described must have been completed between March 1, 2022 to February 3, 2023. 
    3. This application may contain up to three uploads of newspaper clippings, substantiating photographs, or other pertinent information.
    4. All decisions made by the judges are final.
    5. At least first and second place winners will be awarded.
    6. All entries must be submitted by February 3, 2023.
    7. Club(s) receiving first place designation that wish to compete at the International Level must submit their entries along with the official Key Club International Single Service Award cover sheet according to the rules set forth by the Key Club International guidebook.

    Single Service Judging Criteria

    1. A qualifying single service project shall be defined as a club service project, planned, organized and produced by the Key Club occurring on a single day or consecutive days, or recurring on different days. In the case of a recurring project, it is the same project that must be repeated for the purpose of achieving the same service goal.
    2. Clubs shall compete with other clubs of similar size within four
      membership categories:
      1. Bronze, being 35 members or less;
      2. Silver, being 36 to 60 members;
      3. Gold, being 61 to 85 members;
      4. Platinum, being 86 members or more.
    3. Entries shall be judged based upon an accumulated total of
      points allocated to the following categories:
      1. Service need - 10 points
      2. Project plan - 20 points
      3. Project implementation - 20 points
      4. Final results - 25 points
      5. Public awareness -15 points
      6. Member participation - 10 points.
