EHA Registration Form

Admission Requirements:

• Female, ages 6-17 years.
• Resident of Georgia (Athens, GA or surrounding areas).

Commitment: minimum of 1yr

Meeting Schedule:

🔔Members must attend 75% of regular scheduled meetings to participate in any events and/or trips.
📆In-person meetings: Biweekly on Sundays 2pm-6:15pm.with occasional field trips, conferences and outings on a Saturday. (All events will be communicated with parents/guardians in a timely manner.)

Notifications:
- If meetings are canceled or postponed, parents will be notified and provided with a rescheduled date.

Attendance Policy:
- Excessive tardiness and absences will result in removal from the program.

Annual Membership Enrollment & Monthly Dues:

Monthly dues support the maintenance of our clubhouse and programs. A portion of these dues is allocated for lesson materials, snacks, members-only apparel, and select community events and outings. *EHA offers payment options for monthly dues.

1 Child : $100 Annual Enrollment - $50/Monthly Dues

2 Children: $200 Annual Enrollment-$95/Monthly Dues

3 Children: $250 Annual Enrollment - $145/Monthly Dues

*Scholarships are provided based on availability and eligibility.
