APNA BYLAWS

ARTICLE I MEMBERSHIP

1.1 Membership in the Ashland Park Neighborhood Association (“Corporation”) shall be extended to any person who resides in property located in the neighborhood defined in the Articles of Incorporation, and upon payment of annual dues.

1.2 Membership in the Corporation may be extended to any other person who professes an interest in the purposes of the Corporation, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, and upon payment of annual dues.

1.3 Membership may be established in the name of one or more persons, but each membership shall be entitled to only one vote.

1.4 Confidentiality will be maintained of all records of the Corporation. Data will not be released to any organization or person, without written permission from the Board. All decisions by the Board of Directors will be recorded in the meeting minutes, which will be available to all APNA members.

1.5 The Board of Directors shall fix the annual dues of the Corporation in the advance of the Annual Meeting. All members shall enjoy equal status in the Corporation, but the Board of Directors shall retain authority to fix more than one category or class of dues.
