Due to the large number of orders I'm receiving lately, I'm having to make some changes to help me get your orders made and shipped so that you receive your order on time for your event. UPS lately has been having issues with deliveries, I am not responsible once I drop it off to UPS.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: can be charged if I receive your order less than 4 weeks from your event.

RUSH FEES: If you submit your order and need it within 1 to 2 weeks, a rush fee may apply.

$50 for every 1-25 sashes per order. Rush orders will be limited each week.

I greatly appreciate everyone who allows me to make your sashes. I greatly love what I do.

Additional information I need to know regarding your sashes. If I'm sending the sash to the individual, provide me with their address here. Please give me as much information as possible. If I have any questions, I'll send you a message on my sash page
**Once I receive your order, Ill send an invoice via a secure email payment link within 48 hours

**Sashes are made in order that they are paid with keeping in mind the date they are needed, unless we have made prior arrangements for your sashes.

**Turnaround time- hard to say it depends on the number of orders I have and get for any certain time.

**If you need your sashes right away, send me a message on my page Sashes by Sheila and we can discuss your options.

**Sashes are custom made and I will do my best to ensure proper spelling. If a spelling mistake was made on my end, I will quickly remake the sash for no extra charge. But if the mistake was on your end, then you will be charged for another sash.

**I appreciate each and every one of my customers and any referrals you send my way. I love making sashes and if there's something you would like made, let me know what it is and I'll let you know if I can make it.
