By completing this form, you acknowledge your commitment to the Organization and agree to abide by the membership expectations and requirements if you are excepted into our sisterhood. Membership is a privilege that comes with the responsibility to maintain a respectful, supportive, and engaged presence within the sisterhood.

As a Member:

- Uphold confidentiality and respect the privacy of fellow sisters.

- Maintain active participation in activities and meet the required engagement standards. (attend 75% of the activities).

- Adhere to membership guidelines, including attendance at scheduled events, completion of services, and contribution to the membership’s growth.

- Respect the code of conduct by refraining from any behavior that may harm or undermine others in the sisterhood.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in removal from the membership and loss of member benefits, with notification via email for your records and ours.
