  • I am adopting the pet solely as a domestic pet for myself and/or my family. I will not use the animal for any illegal activity including fighting or for breeding.*
  • I will not physically abuse, neglect, starve or harm the pet in any way.*
  • I will have the pet spayed / neutered and will provide proof no later than six months after the adoption date.*
  • I will keep the pet up to date on all vaccinations.*
  • I will make sure the pet has enough food and water to maintain a healthy weight.*
  • I will make sure the pet is allowed to be in the house with the family, not chained to a doghouse, tethered or placed in an outside kennel.*
  • I will ensure that the pet gets adequate daily exercise.*
  • I am aware that if this breed of this pet is considered a herding animal that it may be prone to nip.*
  • I will ensure that this pet has rabies tags and identification tags when out of the house and in the unlikely event that the pet gets lost.*
  • I will obey all laws concerning leashes and waste removal for this pet.*
  • I will train the pet so that it does not harm others.*
  • If the adoption does not work out, I agree to return the pet to Doug and Linda Hamm at 453 Wallace Road, Luttrell, Tennessee 37779. All fees associated with getting vaccines, etc... updated shall be at the expense of the adopter.*
