By partnering with the Mayor's Youth Academy you will be a part of the development of a new emerging workforce and the leaders of tomorrow.

Each Partner Employer is overall responsible for:

●      Providing a structured learning environment for one or more youth

●      Exposing youth to the day-to-day operations of the particular business

●      Maintaining communications with the youth(s) and with MYA program staff

●      Evaluating youth performance on a regular basis and providing feedback to both the youth and MYA staff.
