Ordering Timeframes:
Dates are booked and closed off based on deposits received. The earlier you order, the better (up to 60 days in advance).
- Standard orders must be placed 3 business days (excludes Saturdays after 6pm and all day Sunday) in advance to avoid rush fees.
- Large catered orders must be placed 15 calendar days in advance.
Rush Fee:
A rush fee will be added to all orders that are accepted, but not placed with proper notice. The rush fee will be disclosed at the time the order is accepted. Immediate payment may be required on rush orders.
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of up to 50% of the total price is required the same day the order is submitted. If you are unable to fulfill the deposit today, please submit your order when you are able to fulfill the deposit. You will be contacted when your order is submitted and advised of the deposit amount.
Acceptable forms of payment include ApplePay, CashApp, and Square.
In the event that a customer chooses to cancel their order, 100% of the deposit will be considered forfeited and is not valid towards another date. Additionally, after the deposit is paid, no changes of any kind, including but not limited to date changes, inclement weather/pandemics, or order details, are permitted.
Remaining Balances:
- Standard orders must be paid in full 3 calendar days before the order date.
- Large catered orders must be paid in full 15 calendar days before the order date.
If the remaining balance is not paid in full by the date requested, 100% of the deposit will be considered forfeited and is not valid towards another date.
