Trap-Neuter-Release Application
Waushara County Animal Shelter is providing feral/unowned cats with spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, FIV/FeLV test, and ear tipping for identification. This program is not for cats to be kept as pets, adopted out, or given as gifts. This application is required to participate in the program. We may need to schedule a visit to your premises to follow up with the application. WCAS will contact you upon application approval with more details.

I certify, to the best of my knowledge, all cats in my care are unowned and/or "barn cats" and all of the information provided is true. I agree to bring the cats in a live trap or suitable enclosed kennel, for everyone's safety. I understand any cats not contained day of procedure may not be accepted. Cats that are confirmed FIV/FeLV positive may be euthanized at the discretion of a licensed veterinarian working with WCAS.
