I wanted to share my secret formula with you for building muscle and losing fat AT THE SAME TIME! I have found this split works to help maintain and build new muscle, but also lose body fat along the way. The split goes like this: Every other day. Switching off between full body weightlifting sessions and interval incline walks. The split is 4 weeks long. The weightlifting sessions help you get stronger and build more muscle, and the interval incline walks aid in fat loss!I recommend implementing this program into your routine whenever you want to change things up (if you’re getting bored of your current split/routine) or lose a little bit of extra fat! It is a shorter split/program, because I like to throw this variation in every few months to help accelerate my goals.
