A deposit of 50% of the sale price is due before production can begin. If the full deposit is not received, production will be rescheduled or canceled.

Refunds/Returns are not accepted after purchase.

If the transaction needs to be canceled or rescheduled, a full refund of the deposit will be made as long as the cancelation or rescheduling is before production starts. If it is done after the production has begun, the deposit will not be refundable, however, the remaining balance will not be due.

Megan's Genealogy Designs ships from Shutterfly.com/Ancestry.com and is not responsible for any mishandling of mail or shipping. Contact me for help resolving any related issues.

Discounts or altered sales prices are solely at Megan's Genealogy Designs' discretion.

You will have ten days, after full payment has been received, to review photos of your book pages with any edit requests.

Production time varies, depending on package selection. An estimated production start date will be provided to you by your designer at booking.
If a delay arises you will be notified.

The remaining 50% of your sale price will be charged at the time of shipping and will not be shipped until payment is received. You will be notified of this date by your designer.
