Household Support Fund Grant Application

Please note that Forum Central is unable to accept applications from individuals who need help to pay for their own household fuel and food.

Please use this form to apply for a Household Support Fund grant so your organisation can ensure vulnerable people using your services have access to fuel, food and warmth. Grants of up to £5000 per organisation are available and we also welcome applications for smaller amounts of up to £1,000.

This funding, administered by Forum Central, is to be distributed to organisations who support communities including those with a focus on:

Cultural diversity
People experiencing mental health difficulties (including young people)
Learning Disabilities
Physical and sensory impairment
Older people
Gendered approaches

Individuals are not eligible to appy for money to support their own households.

Applications are welcomed from groups and organisations only. Your group doesn't need to be constituted but if your application is successful the funding must be paid into an organisation’s bank account, not an individual person’s bank account.

Please note that overheads (including admin, expenses and items needed for your project) of groups and organisations need to be below 15% of the amount requested. This is so that at minimum of 85% of the grant is distributed to households in crisis.
