KEMET CLUB RESERVATION RULES & REGULATIONS

1. You must be an active BAF member to rent the Kemet Club.

2. All guests must be encouraged to join! There are several QR code sign-up plaques throughout for easy sign-up. (Guests are only allowed in the Kemet Club once. The second time they visit they must be a member!).

3. We are an environmentally conscious organizations. No paper cups, plates, forks, spoons, or knives. We have real glasses, ceramic plates and mugs, and metal silverware available.

4. You and your guests must observe all Kemet Club rules, including the 40-person max occupancy. You are responsible for the behavior/actions of your guests.

5. Please keep the Kemet Club clean (in the same condition you found it, including the parking lot) or your paid security deposit ($100) will not be refunded!

Violating these rules and regulations may result in the loss of your privilege to rent the Kemet Club, loss of your privilege to access the Kemet Club as a member, BAF membership suspension and or termination.

Kemet Club Reservation

Kemet Club Hourly Rental (BAF members)Includes use of all club supplies. Cleaning supplies are located in the break area under the gray cabinets. Thank you.

Refundable Kemet Club Security DepositRefundable security deposit. It costs to have the center cleaned properly and furniture moved back after events. So please clean behind yourselves! Pictures will be taken of the space before and after rental to ensure fairness. If any damages are found or the Club is not returned to its original setting, the refund will not be issued. Security deposits that are refunded will return to the card on file within 3-10 business days.
