By ordering any commission from us, you automatically agree with these terms and conditions.
WE ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DO NOT READ EVERY CLAUSE OF THOSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
If anything seems unclear to you, feel free to contact us to discuss about it prior to paying the Invoice.
Customer must be over 18-years-old to commission!
By paying this invoice, you CERTIFY that you have the right to use the Paypal account you are using, and any payment method attached to it, AND to be 18 years old.
You also accept that any charge backs based on "unauthorized transactions" is forfeited by you (customer, paypal account holder/cards/banks accounts holder).

WORK PROCESS
■ Payment must be done upfront.
■ WIP¹ is provided after rough sketch.
■ After WIP¹ is approved, your work will be finished!
■ Finished Product will be delivered Digitally to the customer in a window from 7 to 31 days.
■ If there's mistake in the colors/patterns, I will fix them for free!
■ I won't fix/edit for free if the mistake is due to mistake in reference you provided me OR something you forgot to mention when approving the WIP¹.
■ No edits will be done after work is finished (sorry, I won't edit your new character in the old piece).
¹ WIP : Work In Progress ( Preview ).
YCH SPECIFIC
■ What you See is What you Get ; meaning that besides the adjustments of species/gender/etc, the pose will NOT be changed.
■ You must have at least ONE clear image of your character for me to work from. ( ideally flat color, but not obligated )
■ I will not alter my art style ; yes, it's not perfect, but let me progress on my own :) . There is plenty of examples on this account ; if you do not like, do not buy, please.²
■ You can pay more than your winning bid if you want a more detailed piece ( shading, internal shot, background, etc. ).
² This obviously exclude major general errors.
REFUNDS
I (artist) will have 1 month time to prepare the refund.
■ If the customer (you) cancels the work before it's started, 100% will be refunded!
■ If the work is already started, portion equivalent to what have been done will not be refunded.
(example, if you paid for a full shaded piece, and decide to cancel it after the lineart is done, you will be refunded only the flat color and shading price.)
USAGE RIGHTS
Customer:
■ Repost with credit and link to the artist website.
■ Private use (you can print it and hang on the wall, etc.)
■ Customer will keep the rights to their character
■ Customer doesn't own the rights to the art itself!
■ Customer is not allowed to edit the work or remove the watermark!

Artist:
■ Owns the rights to the art itself (not the character).
■ Can use the art as part of portfolio, website, etc. (I do not do secret/private)
■ Owns the marketing rights to the art.
