  • The mission of the Oklahoma Caregiver Coalition is to improve the supports and experiences of caregivers across the lifespan through education, advocacy, and access to resources.

    • In order to professionaly design an introduction slide prior to your presentation, please attach the appropriate documents and files in good quality and in one of the following formats: .PDF, .JPEG or PPT . ALL LOGOS MUST BE HIGH RESOLUTION AND SUBMITTED IN TRANSPARENT FORM. 

      The limit size per file is 500kb.

    • During this time, we will quickly run through your slide/presentation to ensure quality and accuracy. A Zoom link will be emailed to you to access this meeting at the email address you provided under the Presenter’s Contact Information above.

      Note: If you choose "No" please note that any edits or corrections to slides or content WILL NOT be made after this run through.  

       

  • Educational Vouchers

    Will Childcare Be Provided?

    No.  There will not be any accommodations for children at the conference.

    However, Caregivers planning to attend the Conference may be eligible to receive an Educational Voucher.

    $50 for a half day or $100 for a full day. Limited availability.

    Guidelines for Caregivers to receive Lifespan Respite Grant Vouchers for Educational Events:

    • Caregivers are full-time, unpaid caregivers providing care 8 or more hours in a 24 hour period;
    • Caregivers and Care Receivers are full-time Oklahoma residents;
    • Care recipients need alternative caregiving during the educational event;
    • Caregivers must be registered for the event; and
    • Caregivers must complete an application prior to the educational event.

    Vouchers are not a stipend.


    Vouchers are not available for children /adults who are attending school, on waivered services or receiving DDS Adult Day Services.
