PRICING. All Custom Jean Jacket Pet Portraits start at $245 and adjust according to the number of pets that need to be painted. Oversized Jean Jackets are included in the pricing.
DESIGN. Custom Jean Jacket designs are standard and copyright to Pet Paintings by Nicole.
LEAD TIME. Current lead time is 6 months for completion. This time does not include the time it takes UPS to deliver.
JEAN JACKETS. All designs are standard and are painted on Oversized Jean Jackets (Click for example). The jean jackets come as is (Vintage Washed, Boyfriend Denim Jacket, Classic Loose Jean Trucker) and are available in the following sizes: Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, XX-Large.
LONGEVITY. All Custom Jean Jacket Pet Paintings are created with permanent paint. The artwork is permanent, water resistant, and weather resistant. All paintings are sealed with a Spray Varnish to prevent fading + add additional water/weather resistance. Avoid storing Custom Jean Jackets in direct sunlight. Longevity of jean jackets and the custom painting are equivalent to wear and tear of the user.
WASHABILITY. Custom Jean Jackets are washable. It is recommended to spot clean them and air dry them only. It is NOT recommended to machine wash Custom Vans or dry/tumble Custom Jean Jackets in a machine.
TYPES OF PETS. All pet types are welcome. Previous pets painting experience includes: Dogs, Cats, Turtles, Bearded Dragons, Bunnies, Frogs, Snakes, Donkeys, Horses, Cows, Birds, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, and more.
CUSTOM ARTWORK. Cosigner agrees that Cosignee creates Custom Artwork to Nicole's creative abilities. No edits can be made outside of the Cosignee's artistic abilities.
DESIGN EDITS. Custom Jean Jacket designs are standard. Designs are final and no edits will be made.
REFUNDS AND CANCELATIONS. Due to the custom nature of this product, we do not accept returns or distribute refunds. The custom artwork process begins the moment an order is placed. Orders may be canceled without refunds.
DAMAGES. We can not accept returns or distribute refunds due to shipment damages + shipment losses. Shipment damages or loss are the responsibility of the shipment company and all cases should be sent directly to the shipment company USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
CUSTOMER DAMAGES. We can not accept returns or distribute refunds due to customer damages and wear and tear of product over time.
COPYRIGHT. Artist retains full copyright, recreation, and redistribution of artwork.
MODIFICATION. No amendments, changes, or modifications to this Agreement shall be considered to have been made and valid unless otherwise made in writing, agreed upon and signed by both Parties.
NON-TRANSFERABILITY. This Agreement may not be assigned, alienated, attached, pledged, or otherwise sold to any party in whole or in part.
ASSIGNMENT. This Agreement insures the benefit of and is binding upon the assigns, heirs, respective successors, and legal representatives.
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be construed under the terms of the governing laws and jurisdiction of the state of NC, to the exclusion of other states.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY. I understand and agree that consignee is not responsible to reimburse me in the event of fire, loss, theft or damage to my products. I trust Consignee will do its best to ensure the safety of my items, and I understand there is NO obligation to pay me in the above events.
TERMINATION FOR CAUSE. This Agreement may be terminated at any time for any reason by the Cosignee based on cause (including but not limited to Breach of Contract, Mutual Mistake, Misrepresentation, and Impossibility of Performance).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereunto has executed this Agreement, on the day and year set forth below.
