ALF Fellows Nomination Form

Welcome Senior Fellows! Thank you for helping to keep our network strong and thriving. Nominations are accepted year-round. Nominations completed by both the Senior Fellows and their nominee before the summer deadline will be reviewed by the Selection Committee for the following year's cohort.

Completed nominations for the consideration of 2026 ALF Fellows classes are due by June 25, 2025

Please first review the Nomination Form in its entirety before filling it out to the best of your ability. Our Senior Fellow Selection Committee relies heavily on your recommendation to consider and evaluate prospective Fellows in this competitive process.

After submitting your nomination a copy will be emailed to you and the seconding Senior Fellow. Your nominee will automatically be notified via email to complete their portion of the process (they will not see the information from your nomination).

Please double check the spelling of your nominee’s name and email, as this information is used to automatically generate their notification. We ask that you contact your nominee and let them know to watch for the notification to complete their nomination, and to check their spam folder if they do not receive it.

Nominations will remain current for two cycles of Selection Committee review, and then must be renewed for consideration if the candidate was not extended an invitation. Invitation are extended ona rolling basis starting in November of each year for the following year's cohort, and continue as space allows until the program begins in May.

- Has held a variety of positions of significant responsibility and has demonstrated an ability to bring together groups of people to achieve measurable successes.
- Shows integrity, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness; consistently leveraging unique life experiences to enhance group/team dynamics.
- Demonstrates a high degree of self-reflection, empathy, and insight, and uses life experiences to inspire, guide, or deepen connections among teams or networks.
