Service Agreement and Liability Waiver1. General Terms and ConditionsParts Availability: All repairs are subject to the availability of necessary components and parts.Turnaround Time: Standard repairs typically require 3–10 business days for completion.Special Orders: Parts categorized as "Special Order" or "Back Order" are subject to an estimated lead time of 2 to 6 weeks.2. Data Responsibility and LiabilityC-Cat Computers operates in good faith to preserve the integrity of your data and the functionality of your hardware. However, data loss can occur due to circumstances beyond our control or pre-existing system instability.Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure all data and software programs are fully backed up prior to surrendering the device for service.Liability Waiver: By signing this Repair Submission Form, the Customer agrees to hold C-Cat Computers, its employees, and its officers harmless in the event of data loss or the physical irreparability of the hardware.Ownership: The Customer certifies that they are the legal owner of the equipment and authorizes C-Cat Computers to perform the requested services at our standard billing rates (available upon request).3. Warranty and LimitationsScope of Warranty: Labor and parts are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the technician's report date. This warranty applies strictly to the specific repairs described in the final invoice.Exclusions: The labor warranty does not cover software "glitches," viruses, spyware, adware, or any third-party software installed after the repair.Hardware Components: Purchasing components from C-Cat Computers does not entitle the Customer to complimentary labor. Hardware installation services are billed at our standard rates.4. Expedited Services and FeesExpress/Same-Day Service: $120.00 per hour.Same-Day Diagnostic Fee: $120.00 (Non-refundable).5. Abandonment PolicyEquipment left for more than 30 days following the completion of service (or notice of irreparability) will be deemed ABANDONED. Abandoned property may be subject to storage fees, forfeiture of warranty, or public sale to recover costs. Please contact us at (661) 949-1111 if you require an extension for equipment pickup.
