Terms and Conditions
By submitting this enrollment form, the Financial Institution acknowledges that it has read the liability disclosure below in its entirety and agrees to the terms and conditions of this agreement. The Financial Institution will be billed according to the designated service above in exchange for the services presented. In the event of any conflicting terms between this Agreement and the PSCU Member Agreement or the PSCU credit and/or debit solution service addendum, as applicable, the terms of the Member Agreement or the credit and/or debit solution service addendum shall control.
The Financial Institution agrees that any and all information presented on an ongoing basis, with respect to enrollment in PSCU marketing campaigns is based upon an estimation of the results and/or costs that the Financial Institution may experience by participating in or using said product or service. The assumptions, projections and calculations were based upon various sources such as MasterCard/Visa standards, information and averages from invoices and documentation provided by the Financial Institution, statistical analyses and other users, and/or invoices and documentation provided by the Financial Institution. However, such information, assumptions, projections and calculations are not intended and should not be relied upon as full and complete financial disclosure. Further, PSCU does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy of or assume any liability for such assumptions, projections and calculations.
The Financial Institution agrees that it shall not utilize PSCU to send any commercial emails to a recipient who has opted out, unsubscribed, or otherwise objected to receiving such messages from the Financial Institution. In connection therewith, the Financial Institution acknowledges that it is solely responsible for: (i) ensuring that lists of intended recipients of commercial emails provided to PSCU do not contain any recipient who has opted out, unsubscribed, or otherwise objected to receiving such messages from the Financial Institution and (ii) monitoring, addressing, and processing unsubscribe requests received in connection with the campaign(s) contemplated in this form.

The terms and conditions of the Member Agreement, Addenda(s) and separate agreement(s) between PSCU and Financial Institution are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of these terms and conditions.
Please note – cancellation can occur at any time, but will take 60 days from request to process. This will allow for communications and incentive offers to conclude within scheduled timeframes.
