Here are some important things you need to do before completing this form: 

1. Upon the merger of the Kendall-Grundy Farm Bureau the two existing foundations were maintained. This application is for the Kendall County Farm Bureau Foundaiton. If you are wanting to complete the Grundy Application, please click here. 
2. The following items will be needed for a complete applicaiton: 
   • A completed typed application
   • Teacher Recommendation
   • Character Recommendation
   • A signed Release
   • Explanation of professional interests and goals
   • Photo
   • Transcript 

The Kendall County Farm Bureau Foundation maintains several scholarship funds. Specific requirements for each of these scholarships can be found on the Scholarship Information Letter available on our website. Please read through the list of eligibility requirements and select the scholarships you believe you best qualify for. 

Since financial need is one factor in selecting the recipient of our Scholarships, the following information will help the Scholarship Review Committee in its deliberations. The information is strictly
confidential and will only be reviewed by the Foundation’s Scholarship Review Committee and the Executive Director.

The next step is attaching two letters of recommendation. You will need two letters from two different people. To complete this portion of the application you will need to include the name and email of all those submiting a recomendation. 

After you've entered their information, please upload their letters or let them know that their letters can directly emailed to manager@kendallgrundyfb.com or via mail to Kendall-Grundy Farm Bureau at 4000 N Division Morris IL 60450.

under 18, a parent must sign.)
