We want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience. We know that your self care time is important to you and we want you to be happy from the moment you step through the door until the moment you check out! If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave our salon and spa feeling amazing! After all, we are trying to build a long lasting relationship with you and be your trusted salon and spa for life!

➡We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your service we are happy to make adjustments for you.
➡Adjustments can be performed within 7 days of your initial service date.
➡Adjustments will be full price if you, or another professional make any adjustments to the cut/color.
➡Chemical hair and skin services are only guaranteed if you invest in the recommended products from our salon and directly.
➡A color redo service has a color fee of $20 per bowl of color needed to make the adjustments, and includes a blow-dry service.
➡Your service provider will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting.
➡If your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting, or if you have box color present in the hair, you will be asked to complete our multi-step color agreement.
