    • “In-House Pin Shoot Tournament” - 600 Round): Monthly Event Outline & Shooting Time Options
    • At the end of the month, usually the 4th weekend, all active club members are required (if available to attend that month) to attend for their monthly “In-House Pin Shoot Tournament” which is included in their monthly rate as their 4th class session.

This monthly event situation is designed to give all members and JOAD parents a different type of training by placing them in a real tournament hosted situation with scoring time clock, double scoring (paper & digital / alternatively: double paper), lane assignments/rotations, live score results, and many more aspects of real tournaments that they will encounter on their archery journey.  Additionally, it helps ease frustration in tournament registration by giving them real tournament style registration practice.

Additionally, this monthly event gives them the opportunity to earn USAA Achievement Pins (more reference materials) and shows them how much they have individually improved and grown month over month as well as building in-house club member interaction between the different group levels and JOAD parents.

    • Disclaimer
    • While we would love to be able to invite anyone to join our club, unfortunately we are unable to do so due to our group size limitations of no more than 11 active members per any group or group ranking level at any given time for best training capability. Therefore, we have to adhere to our tryout / invite only layout for the foreseeable future.  We apologize for this inconvenience in advance.

Those who placed a little lower on the final tryouts scoring system than others who were invited to official join, will be placed on a waitlist until the next tournament season tryout (scoring results do not carry over to different seasons due to different distance/scoring requirements).

Should any invited students decline the invite or decide to resign their spot at any time during the originally tried for season, then those on the active season's waitlist will be invited to join based on their original scoring placement.

Those members who fail to fulfill the basic annual competition and/or monthly group participation requirements after they have been joined may choose to resign or be asked to consider resigning / temporarily resigning their spot in order to give opportunities to other interested students due to the limited space available in each group.
