  • Re-Enrollment for 2023-24 School Year

  • As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we are hopeful and excited! While we have had lots of new families express interest in enrolling their students at Hope Academy, it is important to us that we give you, our current families, the top priority for next year’s enrollment. With that being said, we need to know your intentions for re-enrolling your student(s) for the 2023-24 school year. There are two steps to re-enrollment, please complete both steps by Saturday, January 21st.  

    STEP ONE: Completed Student Re-Enrollment Intention Form
    STEP TWO: Completed payment of non-refundable $75 deposit (Reduced to $50 if completed before 1/10/23)

    Please note that completing the Re-Enrollment Intention Form confirms your intent, but the $75 deposit guarantees your student(s) spot(s). The $75 deposit will be credited to your September 2023 tuition statement.

    IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THIS FORM AND YOUR DEPOSIT BY SATURDAY, JANUARY 21ST (AND YOU HAVE NOT MADE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE), YOUR STUDENT(S) SPOT(S) WILL BECOME AVAILABLE TO INCOMING STUDENTS.

    If you are NOT re-enrolling your student(s):  You will still need to complete this form. When you get to Step Two, use the coupon code "Not Returning" to remove the required payment.

    Reminder: Deposit is per family, NOT per student

    To be able to submit this form without paying by Credit/Debit you will need to enter the coupon code "Cash/Check".

    PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE PAYMENT VIA CREDIT/DEBIT ON THIS FORM, YOUR FAMILY'S RE-ENROLLMENT WILL NOT BE COMPLETE UNTIL YOUR DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
